I admit I have become one of those douchebags that have a “process” for email. It had to happen sooner or later…
Just saying this, because if you have to cope with a high volume of mail, as I often have, I’d like to recommend trying the “Inbox Zero” idea for a while. I’m quite happy with it for the last 4 weeks. :)
