Okay, here’s what I need someone to build: A device I can attach to my forehead before going to sleep that monitors if I am awake.
As soon as theta waves kick in, the device notices that I’m not conscious anymore and tells the rest of my equipment about it - e.g. so iTunes can stop playing that audio book I was listening to.
